Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
Need advice on fighting unjust speeding ticket.
I was recently given a speeding ticket for going 40 MPH in a 25 MPH zone. There were no other vehicles driving in the same traffic lane as me and I was on a 2 way road (1 lane in each direction) with a middle lane for turning. The weather conditions were pretty good to impair safe operation at that speed as well. There were no ''Speed Limits'' signs posted on the side of the road I was driving on. Can this be used as a reasonable ground to get the ticket dismissed?

Go back and see where the nearest speed limit sign is. get back to me. there's a sign somehwhere, but if not, you win.

There should be a sign somewhere. See how far it is from where you were clocked/pulled over.
What city and location of stop??
