Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio

Auto Acceident

I was cited for improper lane change at an intersection, which the car I was passing came into my lane and hit the side of my car. There was a backhoe, then the car in front of me. There was no passing then the intersection of the road to the left, then the road changed to passing. I waited till it was passing, to pass. The guy that hit me said he was turning into the road to the left, he was already past the intersection when I went to pass. Should I fight the ticket?

Re: Auto Acceident

You may want to fight the ticket-especially if you were at all injured in the accident and have a witness who can back up your version of the events.

If you were injured, you should be able to get an attorney to talk to you for free. If it turns out that you were not at fault, then you would have a claim against the other party. In any event, you should talk directly to an attorney before you mak a decision. Give me a call an I will be happy to discuss this in more detail.

Good Luck
