Auto Accident Liability
If I was attacked by my passenger, while driving, and it caused me to get into an accident, who would be held responsible for what?

Definitely the passenger's fault. You will be sued by the person in the other vehicle, but at the same time you wil be suing the attacker. Is he collectible? Otherwise you may be on the hook if he's not.
You need a lawyer.
