Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
I was in a auto accident which was the other persons fault I was injured and had to go by hospital by ambulance.My car is a total loss'How long do I have if I decide I want to get a attorney?And do I have a right to refuse the price they want to settle on my car if I think it's to low?

You have up to two years to sue. However you would never want to wait that long. You also do have the right to contest any part of the settlement including the auto. Provide for them Kelly bluebook value or other sources to prove your case on that issue. Call me directly if you want 216.952.1990
