car accident
my boyfriend was driving his car that was in my name and got into a accident now they other ins co wants me to pay for teh damages or they will take my driver lic. What should I do

Based on what you wrote I do not believe you are responsible unless they can prove negligent intrustment of the vehicle. That means that you lent the car to, say, a person when he was drunk (example). I may be missing something based on the limited facts in your message, but if they persist, get an attorney.
