Car Accident/ No insurance
i was involved in a car accident that was not all my fault. at the time i was driving without insurance but did not let the officer know that and never recieved a ticket. Here i am a year later and the people involved are trying to sue me, so my question is.... Can the court suspend my license a year after the accidnet even if i never reciever a ticket?

Re: Car Accident/ No insurance
The quick answer is you could end up with a license suspension for not having insurance if the other party gets a judgment against you. You need to talk directly to an attorney. If this accident was not your fault, you may be the one entled to a claim.
Give me a call if you want to discuss this further.
