Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
Car Titles
My daughter has been driving a car Titled to me ,along with my tages. Come to find out she's lost her license and insurance. What's my responsability if something were to happen.

You could be held liable both civil and criminal for negligent entrustment. If she were to get into and accident and injur someone, that person could come after you and your insurance for payment. If she were arrested for driving without a license or under suspension, you could be charged criminally. You should stop her use of the vehicle until she is valid and has insurance.
