Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
CDL Driver
A man is arrested and charged with possesion of marijuana and paraphanalia. He holds a Ohio Drivers Licence with a CDL. Does the Bureau of Motor Vehicles send a letter to the licence holders employer? Is this an automatic response?

You're employer will not be automatically notified, but if you are convicted of an Ohio Code drug offense your license, including your CDL, will have to be suspended. You will absolutely need to be represented to beat this.
