Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
I was charged with Reckless operation in 2003,it occurred out of state and I didn't know go to the court date. is there a statute of limitations on this charge?

The statute of limitations only applies to how long the state has to charge you. Since you were actually charged the statute of limitations has been met. it is likely that you have a warrant issued from that jurisdiction. Call the court or go online to find out the status of the case.
