Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
I got a citation in berea Ohio for open container in a vehicle . It says it's a minor misdemenor . I have an arraignment date because it's not waiverable . What should I plea? I just want it over. Can they give me anything beyond the fine?

You can only be fined. No probation and no jail.
Berea has very high court costs, so I would still try to pay prior to that court date.
