i have a court date for a dui charge tomorrow. is it better to plead guilty or not guilty? no contest?

I am assuming this is your first trip to court for this offense. You plead NOT GUILTY, do not tell anyone about the DUI or the underlying circumstances, get your pretrial scheduled and HIRE AN ATTORNEY right away. The attorney will investigate the case, file the necessary paperwork and determine whether it can be successfully fought or can be pled down to reduce the pain this is going to cost you.
