Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
is this double jepordy
my grandson was ticketed and went to court over a traffic incident,the state trooper cited him with ovi,expired license,and failure to control,( he did wreck ) on the ticket the officer checked no to accompanying charge. my grandson went to court,and was ordered 3 days of lapp,and fined $600.00 fine, now after over a month the county of perry has bound him over to the grand jury for fleeing and eluding, can they do this? I would appreciate an answer from you as this just doesn't sound or seem right. Thank you for your time.
