Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
Driving straight through an intersection from a marked turn lane
i hit an oncoming motorist while turning left and thought at the time the accident was definately my fault. Upon going back to the intersection in the daylight I discovered there is no lane marked to go straight across this intersection, therefore, the person i hit went straight from a marked turn lane. i now am questioning who was really at fault.

Plead not guilty at the arraignment. It will be set for a pretrial where you can speak with the prosecutor and who may at that point drop it.
