driving under suspension
this is the fifth time my husband has been caught driving under suspension so they set a court date for him what should I expect from the courts this time?

The maximum sentence is 6 months in jail, so it is absolutely critical that he get his license back or make significant progress towards getting it reinstated. I would consider him to be in serious danger of going to jail. I dont mean to scare you, but most jurisdictions would consider that really bad.
