Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
I got a DUS over 10 years ago and was sentenced to 30 days in a work release program. I have been unemployed for over 2 years. I am a single father of a disabled child. I moved to a different city and have been raising my son for the past 6 years because his mother abused and neglected him. The court told me I need to take care of this myself and has no sympathy. I was wondering if I should just turn myself in to the courts and see what happens?

You should contact an attorney to advocate for you, because if you get stopped, your prior conviction and bench warrant may land you in jail again. If you can't afford an attorney try talking to Legal Aid in your area. They are very good at this kind of legal problem.
