Entrapment Laws for Speed traps
My girlfriend was pulled over for speeding last weeking on 71s in Morrow County. The trooper was sitting in the median with no head/parking lights on. When she passed him he pulled her over. Is it entrapment for police to sit with no lights on of any kind at night? If so is it contestable in court?
