Can I expunge my record
I only have one violation on my record, and I want to go into law enforcement, can I get my record expunged and if so, How do I do it?

Some courts have a form, otherwise you need an attorney to fill out an affidavit for you. Court's filing fees are $50 usually. Some violations are not expungeable, so you need to tell some attorney what offense it was. Also, if you go into law enforcement, chances are they will know about it anyway. BUt it is still a good idea to get an expungement. IT has to have been at least 1 year since the end of probation on the case for a misdemeanor and 3 years if it was a felony.
