Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
''can i fight it''
i was riding my motorcycle on the interstate with my wife i only have a temp motorcycle endorsment a police officer ran my plate number while we where in the city of cleveland and pulled me over in his city of linndale this seems like entrapment i know i was breaking the law but did he have the right to pull me over? or run my plates without probable cause i receive a helmt ticket and a passinger ticket then they inpouned my motorcycle

Sorry to say but everything here was legal. Any officer can run your plate info, and if he waited until you got into Linndale, then what he did was ok. Try to resolve it in Linndale, cheaper than taking it to Parma.
