Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
garnishments
my husband got into a car accident a couple of years ago (he under the influence) and did not have insurance, he filed bankrupcy thinking he could put the costs in that, but they still garnished his wages. He has been paying on this for 3 years the total was for 65,487.11 he has paid 14,049 but it accues so much interest that he still owes 63,487.25. so in three years we have really only paid 2,000.00 on this. Is there any thing we can do to fight this? this accrues so much intrest a month, all we are paying is interest.
