Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
Handicapped parking ticket
I want to know is it legal for city police to give tickets on private property? I briefly pulled in to drop off movies, and it took me about 10 seconds if that. And while i was backing out the police closed me in, I almost hit the police car. I was then given a ticket, Is this legal. I was told from the store they have them patrol everyday after 4pm. Is that moonlighting? I am debating should I contest it. Thanks
