Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
Hitting a parked car
HI,
I was parked on a city street near the entrance to a parking lot, and a greyhound bus was taking a left and hit me. When I got back to my car, it was all dented up and had a parking ticket for allegedly parked improperly. The driver of the bus would be at fault for hitting a parked car correct?

It comes down to the question of negligence. If he should have seen the car, then yes, he is liable. Best Regards, Edward DiCato
