Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio

Don't know for sure because I am not admitted in Arizona. Most likely a bench warrant will be issued for your arrest. If you drive again in Arizona and get picked up, the cops will see the warrant and put you into lockup until you answer to the first ticket. Now . . .if you get picked up in Ohio or another state, I doubt that these other state officers will arrest you because 1) they don't have access to the Arizona traffic violation database, or 2) they don't care because they will not extradite you to AZ.

Finally, is there a reason you can not just plead guilty, waive appearance and pay the fine? That would be the most efficaceous solution. Give the AZ Clerk of Courts a call and see if you can work this out.
