Insurance Deductable and Lost Wages
Im being asked to pay the deductable and 1day wages, after settelment. For a acident in a Goverment truck while working. Am I liabile for conpensation.

Generally, if you cause an accident while doing work for your employer, your employer is liable under the theory of respondeat superior. Your employer may then seek to recover its expenses from you.
It might not be a bad idea to have a lawyer look over any paperwork your employer tries to get you to sign to make sure you are only paying what you are required to.

Who caused the accident? Was it your fault or someone else?
Were you injured?
Was anyone given a ticket?
