Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
I was involved in a hit and skip and now I want to turn myself in but I do not want to go to jail. what should i do?

There is little advice I can give you but i will tell you that if you work through an attorney you can arrange it so that when you are charged, you can avoid being arrested/ jailed for very long. Call me if you want and I'll help you. 216.952.1990. If it's property damage only, then this will not be too bad. In that situation they are just looking for restitution for the damage you caused. If there's a victim, and they're hurt bad, there will be some jail time.
