Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
Juvenile Speeding Ticket
My son is 16 years old and has had his liscence for four months. He got pulled over today doing 52 in a 25 and not wearing his seat belt. However, he insists that he took the seatbelt off to get the information out of the glove compartment. What, and how long, will his punishment be?

Re: Juvenile Speeding Ticket
The seatbelt is a non-issue since it doesnt carry points. Another speeding ticket in the next two years and he will lose his license. He should have a lawyer for that reason.
