Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
Legality of Photo Radar Speeding Tickets
My car is registered in my fathers name and he just received a letter indicating that the vehicle was speeding 67 mph in a 55mph zone. The ticket was issued via a photo radar system. I would like to know what my options are regaurding beating this ticket. I have read numerous opinions and would like to know what types of laws are inplace in Ohio and how I can use them to beat this ticket.

Re: Legality of Photo Radar Speeding Tickets
Your father must go to court and say that it wasn't him. He will be asked who it was that he let borrow the car.
