Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
Lights
Son got a ticket for having these little red lights on his valve stems which of course go around when the car is moving. Police say they are oscillating lights and issued a ticket for 337.16C1 Any help would be appreciated. If they are sold in stores, how can they be illegal? and how can he defend? Thanks

Re: Lights
That code is a reference to some city code. What city? Medina? You can call the city directly and get a copy of the ordinance, then read it to me.
