Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
Am I going to lose my liscense?
I was cited for doing 72 in a 35mph zone.I have had only a seatbelt violation in the past 5 years.I would like to know what I am looking at?

The maximum fine for such an offense is $100.00 plus court costs. Two points will be assessed against your license. Regarding a license suspension, if the court finds that you were operating recklessly, it could suspend your license for up to a year. It's pretty much up to the judge.
