Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
Mistake on a ticket
I recieved a speeding ticket, the officer sayed I was going 15 over, I looked at the radar and it sayed 15 over. But on the ticket it looks like he wrote 16 over. I know this is just one number difference, but is it possible to get this ticket voided or fight it in court so I don't get any form of punishment?
