Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
Ohio...My 16 year old daugher was in an auto accident 2 months after getting her license. The judge restricted her driving for the next 6 months. He verbally stated that she can only drive between school and home for purpose of attending school. However, the written document we received only states that she can only travel between school and home. It does not state any time or purpose for the travel. Based on this, if she were to drive to school in the summer for sports practice, would she violate her probation?

Call the judge's bailiff and explain the situation and ask that the judge modify the order so that the uncertainty is resolved.
