Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio

I make too much money for a public defender but cannot afford an attorney. Is there anything I should know before going to my next court date 09/06? I passed two tests but hurt my leg earlier that day and the officer told me I had to pass 3 tests and I couldn't walk a line due to my leg injury so he told me that I had to blow or go to jail. I blew a .158 one and a half hours after I got pulled over. Anything will help! Thank you, Zack

Sounds like they got you on the BAC alone. You blew well over the limit,and it is it's own offense. The only way to beat it is to attack the breathalyzer setup and calibration requirements,and that is very complicated.
