It is possible that you would be arrested. The best thing for you to do is contact an attorney, possibly the one you had during the case, and have him/her help you try to get the warrant lifted. Looking at the case online it appears the warrant was issued because you failed to pay your fine and court costs, so in theory if you pay those that should take care of the warrant.
Your account may have already been turned over to collections, and in that case you might have to make your payment to the collections firm rather than the court. Once the outstanding balance has been paid, or you enter into a payment plan, the collections firm then tells the court to cancel the warrant.
Either way, you should definitely get a lawyer to help look into this for you so you can avoid getting arrested if you try to make a payment. If you have any further questions or would like to discuss your question in more detail, feel free to contact me.
