Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
Can a person go to jail for using a false name for traffic violations in two different municipalities in Ohio? She also had a theft charge at 18 for which she served community service. How does her sister clear her name?

Falsification is a first-degree misdemeanor. While falsification is punishable by up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine, it is not likely that one would actually be sentenced to jail for committing such an offense, though it technically is possible.
