Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio

I would like to know how to plea on a traffic ticket.

My freind and I were in Cleveland, OH on a saturday night. We were pulled over for a U-Turn. She was given a ticket for driving under suspension and reckless operation of a motor vehicle. I was given a ticket for wrongful entrustment, I did not know that her license was not reinstated. She apparently still has to pay the reinstatement fees but, she has already paid all of her fines. She wants to know if she should plead not guilty and get her license reinstated before the next court date or if she should plead guilty and see if the judge will give her 90 days to have her license reinstated. Could you tell me what to do?

She should pead not guilty and get her license B4 the next court date. Most likely it will get amended to no Operators license, no points.

You need to plea not guilty to your ticket too.

Call me if you wish to discuss this further.
