Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
pulled over in different county then to pay ticket in
I was pulled over in a different county than what was written on the ticket by the state officer. Can i get out of the ticket because of this error or should i just pay the ticket?

No, you could either pay or schedule a hearing. If you do neither, your license could be suspended via the interstate compact.
