Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
I received a speeding ticket 81 on a 65 and a seat belt ticket for a 12 year old back seat passenger. the ticket was issued in NY state and i have an Ohio license. what can i do to reduce this without having to go to court because i live 3 hours away.

I do not know NY law so you should consult a NY lawyer, but it seems to me that you should be able to waive appearance in court, plead guilty and pay the fines.
