I was recently stopped for reckless operation (120 mph in a 70 mph zone). I have at least 3 or 4 speeding tickets in the past year. What kind of charges am I looking at?

Reckless operation is a minor misdemeanor, however, if a person has pleaded guilty to two or more traffic offenses in the prior year, the charge rises to the level of a third degree misdemeanor. Third degree misdemeanors are punishable by up sixty days in jail and a fine of not more than $500.
