Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
Reckless Operation
I was charged a Reckless operation back in 7/23/2004, the charge being a 4511.20. My license was suspended for 6 months. I have done multiple online criminal background checks and it doesn't show up, is there a possibility this could be considered a criminal charge? Also if my job requires a company car and I have no other charges since this charge, should it be an issue?

Traffic and criminal charges are usually filed seperately. Generally a traffic charge is not considered criminal. Please feel free to contact me if you have further questions. Best regards Edward DiCato
