Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
I was at a red light and bumped into a truck in the front. We settled it off the record and i gave him a $200 check. now that i regret that decision because I didn't get any information from him and there are no legal record of the accident. Should I be worried of possible lawsuit?

If you had insurance, your insurance will cover the cost of defending a lawsuit, and, assuming the injuries/damage would be minor and you had sufficient insurance coverage, you shouldn't need to worry about any personal exposure.
