Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
Am I required by Ohio law to identify a driver in a photo speeding notice of liabilty in which I was not the driver? What if it is my spouse ?
I am registered to the vehicle.
Notice came from City of Garfield Hts Oh Photo Enforcement Program Notice of Liability Mobile Speed Not the court

No. Just pay the ticket. These cameras have been found to be constitutional by the Ohio Supreme Court but the violation does not result in any points.
