Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
My son parked his car at at Restaurant at about 9:00 pm on a Saturday night in Kent, Ohio. It was not busy and many parking spaces were empty. He went with a friend to another location in his friends' car. When they returned at 1:00 am, his car had been towed. There were no signs indicating that cars would be towed. Does he have any recourse with the manager/restaurant legally?

This has happened to me, so i feel for you. It's maddening.... take pictures of every angle showing that there are no signs and do it immediately and with a witness with you or your son. With that evidence you can sue for all your costs.
