Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
speeding ticket
In Ohio I recieved a ticket for 81mph in a 65mph zone by Lazer.
My cruise was set on 63mph.
Ohio code sited was 4511.2102 (as written on the ticket) I can not find this part of the code and I need to know how to fight this ticket

Re: speeding ticket
At your first Court appearance tell them you want a trial, and they have to give you one. Then they have to show evidence of your speeding at trial. If you are around or in Summit county, call or e-mail. I can give you a good price for representing you at trial, if you are intrested.
