Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
I got a speeding ticket in Ohio. I was told to appear on 12-23. I called on the 12-22 to ask for a continuance and was told that the case had already been heard on 12-21. Both the ticket and the card the officer gave me said to appear on 12-23. Is this legal?
