Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
Speeding ticket - Prayer for Judgement
I just received a speeding ticket for going 60 in a 35mph zone. I didn't have my insurance card with me (I do have insurance), so I have to show up in court to provide proof of insurance. At least thats what I understood. Am I showing up for the speeding ticket also or do I just have to pay a fine for that and go to court to show my insurance card? Also can I ask for a Prayer for Judgement...what is this exactly and how do I go about getting it? This is my first speeding ticket...I have a clean record.
