Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
sr 22
i lost my driver's license due to DUI and was required to get sr22 ins. i was told i have to have it for 5 yrs.
now4 yrs later , i have an other DUI . Since i won't be driving for a while,do i still need to keep the sr22 or can i drop it. I'm going to sell my car.

If you are not going to drive or own a vehicle, I don't believe you can be foreced to maintain insurance. Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions. Best regards, Edward Dicato
