Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
Is the use of a stop bar on the ground a legal form of saying you have to stop? If you do not and cause an accident is it your fault because you didnt stop at the stop bar? There is nothing that says stop.

If the officer requests that you stop, than you have to stop
