Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
Suspended license
Received OVI charge in Fairfield, OH. Was not arrested or received a court date. Now living in Florida. Is there a way to take care of OH issue from Florida

You will need to find an attorney in ohio. You could try to find one on this site by using the Ohio zip code when you submit your question.
As long as the court date has not yet passed the Ohio attorney may be able to resolve the case without you having to leave the state.
If you missed the court date you will probably have to head up there.
