Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
Traffic claim
What do I when someones miner child drives their parents car and they both lie. The parent lies and says she had insurance and then I finds out that she didnt have any at all.
And how do I go about filing a claim against her. How much would it cost me to file a small claims on that person.

First of all if you have insurance, please call them and they will prosecute the case for you. Other than that you will need a lawyer to do this for you. If you try to do this yourself in small claims, please know that you can only ask for $3000. You should sue both the child and his parent.
