Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
went to traffic court today and a magistrate was seeing my case. i supposedly rolled a stop sign This was my second offense. The magistrate gave me 60 days suspension of my license with privileges . Ok so my question is do you think if i appeal the ruling i could get it down to 30 days ? When they pulled me over for rolling stop it was 11:30 at night, the cop was half way down the high way( how could he tell ) and the stop sign didnt have a white line to stop at .

I'm confused. "Rolling a stop sign" is not a license suspension offense. (Do you mean you failed to stop or does "rolled a stop sign" mean something different?). It's a moving violation with 2 pts. Did these two points give you 12? Were you drinking? I can not answer this question without more information.
