Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
traffic violations
I am on probation for my second DUI and now I have been ticketed for failure to control and leaving the scene. I have a court date soon and want to know if this offense comes with jail time under my circumstances?
Thanks

Re: traffic violations
Jail time is a definite possibility. The main problem is leaving the scene. That can be an M1 (up to 6 months in jail). That combined with your driving record could be a big problem. Please feel free to contact me if you wish. I do a lot of traffic cases and may be able to help. I would need to know more about the case. Ed DiCato
